ONLY THOSE ELECTIONS THAT THE ELECTOR IS ELIGIBLE TO VOTE IN WILL APPEAR ON HIS/HER BALLOT.

October 14, 2011 is last day to pre-register for November 8, 2011 Election.

All cities and taxing districts will vote absentee at the Latah County Auditor’s Office, Room 101 Latah County Courthouse, 522 South Adams, Moscow, Idaho.
November 2, 2011 is last day to request a mailed absentee ballot.
November 4, 2011 is last day to vote absentee in-person.

NEW! STATE OF IDAHO REQUIRES PARTY REGISTRATION AS OF JULY 1, 2011!
- If you are already registered you will need to fill out an Idaho Political Party Affiliation Declaration Form. For more information click here. If you have changed your address you may file a updated registration card until voter registration closes on October 14, 2011. After that deadline if you wish to register to vote you would need to vote absentee at the same time or register on Election Day.

Absentee Ballots
- Applications for absentee ballots can be obtained in the Latah County Courthouse, in room 101, the Auditor's office.
- Application for Absent Elector's Ballot *updated 2012 - You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view.
- Starting a few weeks prior to the election you can vote absentee in the Auditor's office.
- Approximately a month prior to the election sample ballots will be available in the Latah County Courthouse, in room #101, the Auditor's office.
Registering to Vote
- Latah County Auditor's Office, room 101, Latah County Courthouse.
- City Hall's in Bovill, Deary, Juliaetta, Kendrick, Genesee, Moscow, Potlatch and Troy.
- Applications to register to vote are available at the Public Library, the DMV (located in the Eastside Marketplace).
- To be able to vote in any election you must register to vote 30 days before the date of the election.**
- Registration will be closed 30 days prior to any election.

** If you are not registered 30 days prior to an election, but can prove residency for 30 days, you can register and vote absentee or register and vote on election day.
