Appraiser Site Visit Notice

The Latah County Assessor’s Office Conducts property revaluation site visits once every 5 years in each of the 5 areas of Latah County.

At some point during these 5 years an appraiser may visit your property. Appraisers update files with photos and document changes to residences and buildings that have occurred since the last property visit.

Note: If we are not able to access your property it will be re-appraised with the best information available. According to Idaho statute all property’s must be re-appraised once every 5 years with re-evaluations of assessments yearly.
