The Bulky Waste program is for rural residents receiving weekly trash collection service. City Residents of Bovill, Deary, Genesee, Juliaetta, Kendrick, Potlatch, Troy and rural Latah County residents. Not for Commercial use, City of Moscow residents or those from another county. To provide FREE disposal of Inert/Demolition waste, see definitions and schedule below for service location.

Demolition Waste includes: scrap metal, 2 large appliances, 4 passenger tires (no rims), drywall, concrete, tile, carpet, laminate flooring, porcelain, brick, untreated lumber and roofing materials. Not allowed in April & October at sites.

Upholstered Furniture including box springs and mattresses accepted year round on specified Saturdays.

Household Waste includes; all plastic and rubber materials, small appliances, railroad ties, contaminated waste, tents, insulation, styrofoam, fiberglass, hot tubs, tarps/canvas. Only accepted in April & October at sites.

Located on Railroad Avenue across from Bovill City Hall and the tennis courts.

Deary - 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month

Located on Line Street behind the elevators.

Genesee - 2nd and 4th Saturdays

Located on Morscheck Road across from the sewer lagoons.

Juliaetta - 1st and 3rd Saturdays

Located south of Juliaetta on HWY 3 past the ballpark and across from Browning Cut Stock.

Potlatch - 1st and 3rd Saturdays

Location: Turn at Depot onto Mill rd to the Old Mill Site.

Troy & Moscow - 2nd and 4th Saturdays *Excludes those within city limits of Moscow*
