Julie Fry

Julie Fry has lived in Latah County for the last 35 years. She attended the University of Idaho and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Accounting in 1995. Over the next 28 years Julie ran her own accounting business. In 2018 she became the Treasurer for the City of Moscow Finance Department.

Julie has been married to James for 32 years and they have a son J.D. and three daughters Marissa, Kendra, and Sarah. They also have two delightful granddaughters. Throughout the time her children were in school she volunteered numerous hours at the school as well as overseeing the Troy Youth Soccer program and the Troy Distinguished Young Women’s Program.

Julie was elected as the Latah County Clerk in November of 2022. Julie believes in transparency in government, limited government, and providing the best customer service to all citizens of Latah County.
